As of today, our default support portal is integrated with our client portal.  When you login to you can manage your products, services and support requests.  If you have a live request in the old system, it will be handled there.

The new system provides more security by requiring that all support communications are secured via SSL.

As always, never email credit card, user names or passwords.  Always update the information in the portal directly from your browser.
